Bhopali Qeema


Ingredients
  • Mince ½ kg
  • Big Green chilies 125 gm
  • Onion 2
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Achar Gosht Masala 3 tbsp
  • Dry mango powder 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 – 3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Oil 4 – 5 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
Method
  • Slit 125 gm big green chilies and remove seeds.In a bowl mix together 3 tbsp achar gosht masala, 2 tbsp dry mango powder and 2 – 3 tbsp lemon juice.Stuff green chilies with the paste and shallow fry with 2 tbsp oil.In another wok heat 3 – 4 tbsp oil. Add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.
  • Then add ½ kg mince and fry well till water dries.Add 2 chopped onion, 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric, salt to taste and ¼ bunch of coriander leaves. Fry very well.
  • Lastly add fried chilies and simmer for 5 – 6 minutes.Dish it out and serve with paratha.
