Custard sawiyan


Ingredients
  • Milk 1 kg
  • Vermicelli 1 cup
  • Sugar 6 tbsp
  • Strawberry custard powder 1 tbsp
  • Strawberry essence ¼ tsp
Method
  • Cook milk in a saucepan for 10 minutes till slightly reduced in quantity.Add in vermicelli and cook for 5 minutes.Now add in the sugar and thicken with custard powder( dissolved in a little cold milk),Lastly add strawberry essence and remove from the stoveServe chilled.
