Makhani chicken boti


Ingredients
  • Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Chili powder ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 ounce
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger thinly sliced 2 tbsp
  • White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
  • All spice ½ tsp heaped
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Green chilies 4 cut length wise
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Method 
  • Marinate chicken Salt 1 ½ tsp, Chili powder ½ tsp, Crushed red pepper 1 tsp, White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp, All spice ½ tsp heaped, Yogurt ½ cup, Turmeric ¼ tsp, Lemon juice 2 tbsp and Ginger garlic 1 tbsp for 1 hour.
  • Heat butter and oil add in the marinated chicken cook for 5 minutes.Cover and cook for another 15 minutes add green chilies, ginger sliced, Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
