Chicken Pepper Ronata

Ingredients
- Boneless chicken ½ kg
- Whole wheat flour 2 tbsp
- Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
- Onion 1 medium
- Garlic 2 – 3 cloves
- Red capsicum 1
- Green capsicum 1
- Boiled chopped tomato 2
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Parsley chopped ¼ bunch
Method
- Cut chicken into big pieces, marinate with a little salt and black pepper.Then coat chicken with whole wheat flour. Heat oil in a pan, add in chicken pieces and shallow fry from both sides till golden brown.Remove and keep aside.Now in the same pan add 2 – 3 cloves of chopped garlic, sauté till golden brown, then add sliced onion, sliced red capsicum, sliced green capsicum, chopped tomatoes and oregano.Mix well for 1 – 2 minutes. Now put chicken piece on top of vegetables, cover and cook on very low flame for 10 – 12 minutes.Then remove lid, add a little salt, 1 tsp crushed black pepper and ¼ bunch of chopped parsley. Mix well and serve.
