Kathiwari choaly

Ingredients
- Desi chany 250 gm soaked overnight with 1 tsp soda
- Chopped garlic 1 tsp
- Water 6 to 8 cups
- Bread slices 2 large chopperized
- Imli pulp ½ cup
- Chat masala 1 tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves chopped 2 to 3 tbsp
Method
- Soaked desi chana overnight with 1 tsp baking soda, next morning wash well, boil in 8 cups water with 1 ½ tsp chopped garlic when chana half tender blend 2 bread slices previously soaked in water and add to the boiling chana, add ½ cup imli pulp, chat masala, salt, crushed red pepper, let it cook for half an hour till gravy thick, lastly sprinkle coriander leaves.
