Custard sawiyan

Ingredients
- Milk 1 kg
- Vermicelli 1 cup
- Sugar 6 tbsp
- Strawberry custard powder 1 tbsp
- Strawberry essence ¼ tsp
Method
- Cook milk in a saucepan for 10 minutes till slightly reduced in quantity.Add in vermicelli and cook for 5 minutes.Now add in the sugar and thicken with custard powder( dissolved in a little cold milk),Lastly add strawberry essence and remove from the stoveServe chilled.
