Makhani chicken boti

Ingredients
- Chicken 1 kg 16 pieces
- Salt 1 ½ tsp
- Chili powder ½ tsp
- Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
- Butter 2 ounce
- Oil ¼ cup
- Ginger thinly sliced 2 tbsp
- White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp
- All spice ½ tsp heaped
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Green chilies 4 cut length wise
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Method
- Marinate chicken Salt 1 ½ tsp, Chili powder ½ tsp, Crushed red pepper 1 tsp, White cumin roasted and crushed 1 tsp, All spice ½ tsp heaped, Yogurt ½ cup, Turmeric ¼ tsp, Lemon juice 2 tbsp and Ginger garlic 1 tbsp for 1 hour.
- Heat butter and oil add in the marinated chicken cook for 5 minutes.Cover and cook for another 15 minutes add green chilies, ginger sliced, Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
